This is to confirm, that Largo Brink have paid for the license to build websites from the said templates, according to the licence agreement of Ezgen. Any template used in the design of websites have been approved and I have been granted access to use the sofware, which includes images and photos.
The following timelines will apply for the completion of each project, once domain registration and hosting has been finalized:
Timelines
5 Page Website (up to 20 pages) - 2 days
Design Of a Banner - 1 day
Design Of Landing Page (with clients own content) - 1 day
Design Of E-Book Cover - 1 day
Payments:
Websites:
50% Deposit will be paid via EFT by the client, when instruction is given to Largo Brink to continue with the building of a website. Once the money has been received, which takes 2-3 working days, the contract will continue.
The outstanding 50% will be paid upon completion of the website, by the client.
Banners / E-Book Covers / Landing Pages:
The full amount must be paid, before the banner can be designed. The reason being that the bank charges will be a lot more which would make the transaction more expensive.
Client Specifications:
The client must provide Largo Brink the following information:
- Keywords used for each specific page
- Content for each page
- Images (if applicable)
Once the client has e-mailed Largo Brink to carry on with the project, along with the detailed instructions and information requered to complete the project and the deposits have been paid, the project will be finalized, within the agreed time. This e-mail serves as a signed agreement between the two parties.
Should the client not be entirely satisfied with the product or work done Largo Brink will do the best she can to resolve the matter by changing the design. (this is why it is very important to specify excactly what the client requires, colors to be used, etc.) I will do my very best to ensure that you will love your design and work completed.
